[CRITICAL BUG] Tradeable Player Status Flipped to Untradeable After Rank Up
I encountered a critical issue where a Tradeable player card became Untradeable immediately after I performed a Rank Up action. Specifically, I purchased the Marcus Rashford OVR 110 card from the Market for approximately 700 million Coins, confirming its Tradeable status. After using the necessary materials to Rank Up the card to Purple (Rank 3), the Untradeable symbol (🚫) appeared on the card, and the "Transfer" button became permanently locked. This contradicts the fundamental game mechanics, as a purchased Tradeable card should maintain its status after ranking, and I request an immediate investigation into this bug and a resolution for my card's trade status.
Rivals / Champs rewards
Hi, I didn’t receive 1 pack from Rivals rewards during the week. I believe it was a 75x10 rare gold players pack & after UT champs I didn’t recieve 3 packs which were all player picks for finishing with 9 wins . I tried to log out and back in and turn console off and even try companion app but still nothing . Thanks Andrew
Controller keeps randomly glitching in Div rivals, but is fine in rush.
Every now and then I can play normally and then all of a sudden my keeper is running out, I can’t switch player and my players either keep passing really badly or run the ball out of play. Message: Hello EA Support, I recently bought Rui Costa (105 OVR Icon) from the Market using coins. However, now I cannot sell him back. The "Sell" button is greyed out even though: The card is already unlocked I have removed him from my active squad and bench I have restarted the game several times This looks like a bug because normally cards bought from the Market should be tradeable. Could you please check my account and fix this issue, or change Rui Costa’s status back to tradeable? I have attached screenshots for your reference. Thank you very much for your assistance.
