EA Servers disconnection

Hello, this is my first time doing this, so hopefully you guys can help me. 

When I try to connect to EA servers to play EA25, and I am going to verify my email, it pulls up two emails that I have never seen in my life. Is there a way to change that and put my own email?

It seems like my EA account on EA25 is not linked or connected to my EA account on the website. Do you know why? Same email, or at least I thought.. but different EA ID.
