FC24 Ultimate Team season xp? Fc25 & 26.

Hello there ea creators & whoever else might read this it would be great to know what the new season xp bonuses are as there is nothing to work towards at all so please , can someone enlighten us all on the situation at all? 
Please can you fix the issues with the players moving up the pitch & make sure peoples tactics actually work properly that they set out in the game that way it would be way easier for all involved in the games perhaps it would feel more like a football game on a , full scale professional format.
