FIFA 21 STOLEN CODE

I have never used the game once. I have 2 profiles. On one I have 0 games and on the other I have FC 24. I have never used FIFA 21. That means I have never started the game or installed  Someone stole the code because I never installed the game on any account but some account has the game with that code but it's not my account even the code was activated in another place in another city so I'm a million percent sure that someone stole that code and how can I get the code back or maybe some other code for that same game

Then it's very likely that you used a different account when you redeemed the code. If you contact EA Help support they should be able to assist you in regaining access to your old account.

I buy the original game from some offical store  like a year ago  or 2 and i lost the game disc and i found it a few days ago and when i use a code it was already redeemed into some acc but no one use my disc i dont know how  Is there any way I can get the game back? Or maybe ban the person who stole it
