Fifa 23 issue

I got into my account for Volta to play one more time to finish the achivements for the platinum trophy, but everything is bugged, I get 100 volta coins instead of 1250 then half of my inventory is missing I had 46 vanity items including

Red Tee

Yellow Open Hoodie

Black Joggers

Green Joggers

Blue Joggers

Ripped Blue Jeans

but now there are none of these and I would have to grind 50 hours for nothing. I spoke to EA support and I am getting stressed because the servers are on for a month still, so I hope someone can help me beacuse I got 2 kits back out of the 26.
