It's not a discussion, it's a bug in FIFA 22.

In FIFA 22 in the career mode there is only the central tab, so the game is unplayable. FIX IT

Of course EA takes everyone's money, but can't even fix bugs in their trash. Customers have to "discuss" it instead of filing a bug report.
