Missing Wins in Seasons Mode – FC 24

Dear EA Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to report a serious issue regarding the Seasons mode in EA Sports FC 24 on PlayStation. I am a professional-level player, and ranking and leaderboard progress are extremely important to me.

Over the past few weeks, I have experienced more than 275 matches where my opponents quit (left the match) before the end, and unfortunately, none of these wins have been counted towards my account. This has significantly affected my progress and ranking in the Seasons leaderboard.

Unfortunately, I do not have any video evidence or screenshots of these matches, but I assure you this has happened consistently. Given the importance of competitive integrity and fairness, I kindly ask that these missing wins be reviewed and restored to my FC 24 account as soon as possible.

Please let me know if any further action is required from my side. I would highly appreciate your help in resolving this matter.
