Not able to play online friendlies

So i have recently bought fifa 25 from epic games and i'm not able to control my players in online friendlies. i can play kickoff games but i'm not able to control my players in the game. please help...

Hey there, 

Are you using a controller to play? If yes, which controller is it? Also, please try disabling any possible overlays that could conflict with the game.
