the company support hackers?

I have a question regarding the game "Fc 26 ." Does the company support hackers? I can't find any logical justification for the presence of so many hackers in the game without any action being taken against them. What's the problem with adding an option to report hackers directly within the game? The company could then review the match, and if a hacker is found, they would award the player their rights and the victory. But this doesn't happen. Also, when we submit a report, the response is that no action can be taken at the moment. This is ridiculous, or it indicates that the company actually wants hackers in the game. Secondly, is it true that Americans understand that goalkeepers don't save balls in football? We play as if there are no goalkeepers. I want to tell Americans that football has goalkeepers who do save balls, unlike what you do. Can't you create good gameplay? Don't you help your players protect themselves from hackers? And even when I complain about this, I don't receive any compensation! This is truly strange.
