Can’t download ps5 deluxe edition

I can download the ps4 version but the ps5 deluxe says it’s not available for 2 days

    Are you logged in to the account that pre-ordered? If so, contact an advisor by opening a case here so they can verify you're entitlements. Thanks!

    I shouldnt have to contact anyone for this game to download onto my system.  You guys are a global company when a customer buys your product it should work

    I'm still dealing bwirh this issue  and can't talk to ea...talked to playstaion  nothing they can do
