Did not receive pre order content on next Gen

HI @dj1bossman I wanted to confirm if you are still not seeing Madden NFL 24 in your Xbox library. 

If so, we would want to speak with Microsoft support again, they manage your Xbox account library and handle processing orders on their platform. If there was an issue with the pre-order charge our support would not be able to assist further.

Dear ea my madden 24 pre order rewards went to the ps4 edition instead of the ps5 does it still transfer over to the other edition like last year or am I screwed. If it dosent work I want a full refund

I ordered the game on 8/8/23, I went to play the game yesterday and still have not got my pre order packs or my 4600 points. Wondering when those will hit my account

Played madden all lastnight on the wrong version of game. Microsoft didn’t specify which Xbox version of game was new gen game until this morning. This morning I downloaded the series x version of madden and I have none of my progress or rewards from last night. Had an 80 overall team and 200k just gone now? At the least let me return this game. This launch day feels like a Xbox 360 release. Why doesn’t progress and items transfer from old gen game to new gen? I’m sure many people made the same error with the wrong version of game. Fix this EA

Literally the same thing I’m going through

Waited all day for madden, finally at 5pm I started the ps5 version. Was the only version I downloaded. Then immediately the server crashed, no one was able to play, not even practice. So I waited and finally they went back on. I played some challenges and maybe two H2H games. I realized none of my pre order bonuses were there, I thought it was because of the recent troubles the servers were having so I was going to wait. I ended up purchasing 12,000 madden points but instantly it said we couldn’t process the store and will check on my purchase. I got the receipt from PlayStation and it shown on my bank account that I got charged $99. I again thought this was because of the severs, but I looked at the forums and community posts and people were saying all the pre order bonuses will be on gen instead. Which makes no sense. So I downloaded the ps4 and BOOM, the bonus points and the 12,000 points were there. This is the ps4 version but I bought the points on the ps5 version. Same console too I don’t see why there are two different progressions for each next and old gen. 

Will EA transfer all my progression and things I bought from old gen to new gen? Or merge them at least
