Don’t see 50% off

this has gotten out of hand. I have spent hours trying to contact EA for my discount and I haven’t gotten any help. My franchise crashed and been erased multiple times this year and my 50% discount has not been sent to me. Is there a reason as to why? Someone help.

I played madden for 100s of hours last year strictly in online franchise but I’m not eligible for the 50% discount. I was in multiple leagues that had to reboot because the game was broken. I contacted support and they say to post in the forum so here it is. If I don’t get the discount, I’m done with madden. Simple as that. I will gladly go out of my way to slander this horrible game to everyone I know too.

Back in January I got the email for the beta codes/discount however I never actually got the discount or beta codes. They were supposed to be sent out in June and now it is August and I have still yet to receive and email regarding the discounts or code. I have been back and forth with EA  Help emails for a while now and have gotten no assistance from it. Can I get some help with this? I play Madden on PC and was impacted by the Franchise Error back in December of 2022.

Couldn't find 50% off Madden 24 in PlayStation Store, so I went ahead and just paid the full $108. Shortly after I came to find out that you had to boot up on Madden 23 and buy it from the menu there in order to get the discounted price. Is there any way I can either refund and repurchase with 50% off or receive compensation? I was one of the many CFM owners that were drastically affected by the bugs and glitches last year.

I was one of the members select with access to the Madden 2024 beta. I was able to play the beta but I've yet to receive the 50% promotion code. With madden approaching release date as earliest as tomorrow what are we looking to get done with this issue? I've attempted to chat/email you but the site has an issue. If needed I have my original email with the beta code and the instructions along with the message regarding the promotion.

I'd like to use that code to purchase madden this year, but after years of feeling taken advantage of I will not be purchasing Madden this year at full price. That's unacceptable especially after the issues last year and the promise from EA to make it right with a 50% off code for Madden 24.

I was effected by the franchise glitch. I play madden franchise on PS5 and I didn’t get the 50% off, only 10%. But my friend that I play franchise with got 50% promotion. 

We play the same online franchise. So how did he get the promotion but I didn’t?
