Edit Rosters in Franchise

So did they just remove the option to edit other teams players? or is this a bug they are fixing? 

Because this is ridiculous that we cannot edit other team players (the equipment). I am the commissioner for my league of just me -- and I can't edit players like we have been able to in the past. What is going on?
