99aaron donald is on the front then i bought it and got 2 random people. Follow the EA link for help they said there's nothing they can do they can't look at my end game purchases or access anything so I was told to get on a forum for help

Ea help team sent me here. Seems like im doing your job for you. I contacted you with my problem its your job to get me to the help from there not mine to chase someone in a different department. I keep getting led in a huge circle with no answers at all
I want what i paid for or my money back or the points i spent . If you cant do any of that go ahead and cancel my gamepass
My first case they closed it labeling it " no fix ". The second Case #173984070 says resolved when absolutely nothing was done except them telling me to come here then i get told here to go back there
Again im stuck at a dead end because nobody can answe at ea help. Ill start yet another case
