Franchise Cross-Play Lag/Delay

So me and my friends found out they finally added cross play to franchise mode and we just tested it out. Has anyone actually been able to get through a whole game without any stutters or delays? I’m on Xbox and my friend is on PC and sometimes his view is delayed from what I’m seeing during these games. Also on my end, whenever I try to choose a play other than coach suggestions, sometimes the play menu freezes then disappears and nothing happens for 20 seconds then I’m suddenly on the field with 2 seconds left on the play clock. I just want to know what other people’s cross platform franchise experience has been like cause we have tried 3 times and got the same laggy delayed game that was unbearable. We couldn’t choose any plays out of coach suggestions or no huddle without the game starting to delay and stutter one of us.
