I accidently downloaded the Xbox One version instead of my Series X/S version

What about money spent on the wrong version since you guys made the icons identical and gave zero warning that I might be wasting my money on a version of the game I never even wanted in the first place

I didn't realize I was playing Ultimate Team on the Xbox One version, so I just downloaded the Xbox Series X version.  Where is my Ultimate Team stuff from the Xbox One version?

Do I have to START OVER? 

Come on now.. I did the daily agenda streak for how many consecutive days now so I lose all progress on that?  I don't even want to play this game now if I have to start all over including all the packs I bought. 

This is TERRIBLE if I am stuck on the Xbox One version?

I'm very sorry to say, but it's not possible to transfer your progress and content between platforms.

Sucks to learn this NOW.  I am not even sure why the Xbox One version was downloaded to my Xbox Series X as I thought I bought the Xbox Series X version. I didn't even know there was a Xbox One version that can be installed on the Xbox Series X as that makes no sense.  Oh well.. putting in a support ticket to get a refund on the game from Microsoft.  Just terrible though as I bought all those Madden Ultimate points and was using it on the Xbox One version.

The Xbox One version is playable on Series S/X through Dual Entitlement. The Series S/X version has a logo for the S/X console on the tile so you can more easily find it, but it seems that was missed in this case. In the future, make sure you always look for that logo to more easily tell these versions apart. Hopefully, you can qualify for a refund. Unfortunately, that can't go through us since the game was purchased through the Xbox store.
