I bought the deluxe edition for madden 24 and I don’t have my madden points

I haven’t received my pre order packs or the 4600 mut points. I also bought 1050 points and they aren’t showing up. This is very frustrating 

Why do I not have my points when I bought the deluxe edition?

If your having trouble getting your pre order items for madden 24. Here is a fix that worked for me. Close game, go to settings then select users and accounts. Next go to other and click on restore licenses. Once it finishes, relaunch game, go to ultimate teams and you show see a reward screen with all your pre order items and madden points. Hope this helps.

I bought madden 24 had ps5 version.  pre downloaded before drop start it exactly right at launch took me few hours to log in but when I get in all it gives me is 80 core elite pack no pre order bonuses. I figured I would play game bit bought mut points to open few packs it charged me but never received so I downloaded ps4 version just to check all my pre order went to ps4 version plus points I bought off ps5 30 mins prior. Any help with this?

I opened claim last night. Do I reply to email they send they asked for psn name and email for ea but I never got reply back. 

I also had this problem but with my Xbox played the Xbox one version then switched to series S and then I got nothing but the early access

This does nothing, you email them and they ask for a reply and then you get an email saying they dont check anymore. Live chat is basically hidden but it doesnt matter as they dont do anything either. We didnt pay an extra 40 dollars to play on the real release day and you guys are a joke of a "company".

It shows my points on the ps4 version (I don’t know why I have the pa5 for a reason) and they’re taking so long to get back to us!! Never again, first year pre-ordering and this is the outcome
