Madden 24 Error - "Points purchasing error- No points offers were found"

Can’t buy madden points just comes up with no points offers were found

    Hey Everyone, 

    Thanks for letting us know what you are running into with Madden NFL 24, if you still are unable to purchase points please try the steps mentioned here. 

    If you keep getting an error message let us know the following:

     

    • Platform (or client):
    • EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
    • Are you getting an error message?
    • What Region are you in?
    • If on PC, please share a DxDiag and an EA app Error ID

    We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

    Hey Everyone, 

     

    If you are on an Xbox console, To check which region is your Account and Console currently set to? 

     

    You can check your consoles region by going to: Settings>System>Language and location

    Xbox series S and also with series X

    Gamertag: Pap3rplan31493

    Error message: POINTS PURCHASING EROR No points offers were found. Please check back later.

    Region: Canada 

    have been able to purchase points till blitz and lost out big time and with cover athlete

    To confirm if your Xbox and EA accounts are also set to be in Canada? If so, to check have you ever unlinked your Xbox account from EA before?

    Me too. Problem has been going on for weeks. Ive chatted with EA, still no resolve.
