Madden 24 online h2h rank disappeared ? Now shows a dash mark

My madden h2h rank is not showing and I have beaten multiple players In the top 3,000 in the world, I should definitely be ranked. It disappeared after I was disconnected from a match due to poor connection and I received a loss on my record for it, now everytime I go to my online stats it says my rank is “-“. Can someone please help me fix this issue?

    @3c1a9017e877b5a5 I’ve never quit a game ever always if I was losing I’d conceded bc I been playing madden for decades an last year I was 55 ranked on ps4 an it happened to me so I know better than to quit games or not end games the correct way ive just made prolly 15 rage quit an now I get punished!?

    Not true its just a glitch in the programming 

    Just like on my disc I cant go back an look at my last 20 opponent it only shows the last opponent 

    But my friend disc shows his last 20 opponents 

    I bought our games at the same time and gave him the one he has

    What would the other reasons be? I rarely ever quit and when I have I always concede  the game properly? This recently happened to me after a game where another player quit after he threw a game ending interception and rage quit.
