Madden 24 will not load

Can we give the following a try first?

1. Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
2.  Repair the game files in the EA app. Go to the Library and find your game. Click the Manage icon, then click Repair.
3. Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
4. Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
5. Check if any background applications are stopping the EA app or your game.

I did as you asked.  It said it found problems and fixed them.  So I checked madden again for errors, then ran it.  Still the same problem, It runs till it brings up the full screen, in the upper left corner says madden 24 , that leaves then its just a large black screen then it just disapears and I am back at the load screen.

Would it be possible to get a DxDiag file?

Also having this issue... it's not contained to their PC.

Tried 'App Recovery' inside the EA Desktop App - same problem.

Tried repairing Madden 24 - same problem.

It was working last night. Broken now.
