Why is my 50% off discount not working?I have not received an email or anything. And yes my emails are all they same on the account

It lets me download the Xbox one version, but not the x/s.

can you play it?

I can press play on the Xbox one version, but then it says it’s not released yet, but I can’t even download the Xbox x/s version

It sounds like you haven't pre-ordered. If you have, please open a case with an advisor here so they can investigate this. There could be an issue with your entitlements.

Even if I didn’t pre-order it, I should be able to download the Xbox X/S version if I’m on Xbox S. It says that it’s not compatible with my xbox.

You can't download without ordering the game.

Same thing happened to me I accidentally downloaded the normal version and realized I couldn’t play cross platform. So I uninstalled it and tried to download new gen and it won’t let me.
