yeah this is pretty disgusting. ea should be better than this, its been weeks and theres literally no update. I can't help but feel like you guys are just gonna string it along till people just say "screw it"

This doesn't take a rocket scientist to fix this problem I am pissed off its been 3 weeks and I don't have my 4600preorder points this is ridiculous I want what I paid for my 4600points not installments of 500 a month if you got ea access either I want all of my 4600preorder points this is frustrating and you ea are in danger of being fraudulent because in the madden 24 preorder it specifically says if you purchase madden 24 before global launch I the customer will get Monday 8/14/2023 4600points aka pack legend pack loyalty pack and I don't have my 4600preorder points that's a violation of the agreement you ea put on your game and I want all of my 4600points pr legal action against you will be taken 

Any idea on a time frame? I have 2400 points sitting on old gen and I have another 12000 point card but I’m afraid to redeem it. I appreciate you trying to help but the chat and email for EAHelp have got to be the worst I’ve ever dealt with and I spent 23 years in the military! LOL

Will we get the points that went to the wrong console or are we basically screwed???

Have you played on Last Gen and Current Gen?: Yes. Old gen first mistakenly due to error in labeling in Xbox, only played a few challenges. Spent no points.

Did you log into both generations prior to getting the points?: Yes

Have you received all or a portion of the points on one platform? (if so, which platform): Yes, all 4600 points went to the Xbox last gen version. 

where did you purchase the points from? (Retailer, Console store, etc): Purchased through Microsoft store website when pre-ordering Madden Deluxe edition

So any news on this? Promos are coming and going meanwhile my points just sit on the gen version! Like how hard can it really be to move the points to the new gen version? And why aren’t the accounts the same on both versions as they are on fifa?

Same issue here, my deluxe pre order content got sent to the Xbox one version. I put in a ticket with EA and they got some of the content sent over to the series x version except (and most importantly) the Madden points. 50 bucks worth of Madden points just sitting ready to be used, meanwhile, these early game promotions are expiring. I put in my ticket 3 weeks ago and I've updated multiple times since, hoping for a reply. 3 weeks and 1 reply is crazy EA, what is going on.......

Hello, I have complained about this problem for a while now but I have still yet to get my 4600 points for pre ordering the deluxe edition. I’ve been having this problem since release of this game. The points have came in on old gen but not next gen. I am very tired of complaining about this problem so can it please get fixed. Thank you.

i have complained about this problem millions of time and it hasn’t been fixed since release
