Also to add on, the NHL game, made in Vancouver has minimal problems and a guy that will listen to people on reddit. 

Imagine if Madden did that. Maybe we would know why Vincent Jackson received a card and not 1 person knows how to get it. Becoming a leader of a team means there will be criticism's and part of the job. There are people working on Madden that have not posting info for years now. Maybe EA needs to bring in another community manager.
