Turn Salary cap back on

Hello, is there a way to turn the salary cap back on ? This is for an online franchise

@EA_Kent @EA_Mai @EA_Mat  can one of you please look into this issue? Since the update a week ago my league’s salary cap got turned off. We’d like it on.

    There's no way to turn it back on once it's off.

      Their glitch turned it off. Must be something they can do at least.
