Why does the game say I “exceeded the X factor limit” when I have none activated

remove players that had an x-factor befor and then put them back to your lineup.

When I try to activate three X factor for my line up in MUT it does not let me activate the players and shows that I exceeded the limit of 3 X factors but I only have 2 activated 

That didn’t work, it still won’t allow me to add my last Xfctor
