I’ve unlocked abilities on my player and abilities will show up in one game and not the other in the PVP 3v3 ranked mode. My superstar star will disappear, and I’m supposed to have the X Factor pro reads but that also doesn’t show up. I’ve tried taking abilities on and off but that doesn’t seem to do anything.

Hello, I am writing in today because I have the PS5 version of Madden 24 and I have been enjoying superstar mode. I have a HB on the patriots and I am now in my second season. However my core abilities and X factor no longer shows up in game nor the X factor database. I do not know why this is. Everything was normal in season one but now that I’m in my second season they will not show up in game. I have tried everything. What is the explanation for this? In addition it still works as intended on the online showdown mode, it’s just “The League” where it does not work/show up. Lastly Matthew Judons X factor is now gone after having it in season 1 as well. Please help. Thanks.
I can’t use my X factor and my first ability it shows they are locked and I’m a level 10 almost 11 so idk what they got going on but it needs fixed asap!!!!

I equip my skills on my character but then when i load into the game the skills are gone.
I have a similar issue too, I equip my X factor in the menu but it doesn’t show in game, I tried resetting my abilities and loading into the game and even that did not work, really annoying and frustrating

Look at my picture - shows my x factor and abilities but on the field and in the roster it just labels me a superstar.
