3-4 Depth Charts are Bugged

As the title says, there is an issue with 3-4 depth charts that leads to many players playing out of position. As a user, you can use sub packages to alleviate the issue, but the CPU is stuck having their players play out of position which will obviously lead to them playing worse overall as a defense.

The issues have the RE, DT, and OLB's playing out of position.

What is odd is the fact that if you create a custom 3-4 playbook and use that playbook in game, then the players will play in the correct spots according to the depth chart, so the issue seems to be the stock playbooks are somehow bugging out.
