It’s legit unplayable. It kicks me out of every game I join right after kickoff. I spent $135 buying the game and a controller for it. Now I can’t even get a refund. This is ridiculous.

@GTB4855 Can you provide us with more info on what is happening? Any error messages you get, what modes you are in, or a video of what you are experiencing?
Its happening to a lot of people. The fact that ea tech support responded to you asking for info and what not is just a waste of time. Its almost insulting cause so many have this problem and it can't be fixed without a patch. EA still hasn't acknowledged it is a widespread issue.
the game menu and when you get into a game is all normal but when i snap the ball it suddenly goes in to slow motion and after the play when picking a play it is normal again until i snap the ball an it goes in to slow motion agaian. its not stuttering its just playing in slow mode lke the slow down of the play is extended for the duration of the play.

Try muting the sound with the mute button and see if that makes the game run properly with lowered graphic settings before you play a game. Let us know.
I tried all the internet tips and none worked I verified files like 2 times and started over many times non of the ideas worked butvi never tried the mute button. I will try the mute button if the same thing is happening when I download it again. For now i finishing aco.
Which mute button? In audio settings?
