It’s legit unplayable. It kicks me out of every game I join right after kickoff. I spent $135 buying the game and a controller for it. Now I can’t even get a refund. This is ridiculous.

Its happening to a lot of people. The fact that ea tech support responded to you asking for info and what not is just a waste of time. Its almost insulting cause so many have this problem and it can't be fixed without a patch. EA still hasn't acknowledged it is a widespread issue.
the game menu and when you get into a game is all normal but when i snap the ball it suddenly goes in to slow motion and after the play when picking a play it is normal again until i snap the ball an it goes in to slow motion agaian. its not stuttering its just playing in slow mode lke the slow down of the play is extended for the duration of the play.

Me & a ton of other people have sent in our DxDiags showing we far EXCEED the requirements & EA still had the audacity to blame the players for the game running bad.

- @EA_Shepard when can we expect a patch to fix the slow motion glitch after ball snaps which renders the game unplayable for all four quarters? I Paid 105 bucks just to be teased and I’m sure other people feel the same. Thanks
