Community Manager@GTB4855 Can you provide us with more info on what is happening? Any error messages you get, what modes you are in, or a video of what you are experiencing?
Its happening to a lot of people. The fact that ea tech support responded to you asking for info and what not is just a waste of time. Its almost insulting cause so many have this problem and it can't be fixed without a patch. EA still hasn't acknowledged it is a widespread issue.
