They finally addressed the issues on a Steam news post today, although did not take accountability for it. Saying that some players are experiencing issues because they do not meet minimum spec requirements. We will see if they actually fix it, as they did not give an ETA.
@Fridge_YNWAwait, what the hell... EA needs to take accountability for this. We are giving the devs time. We are over spec and they are lying about this..... do you have that steam news post website? They need just jump on it instead of blaming us... or at least saying they are trying to fix it instead of being stubborn or lazy.
