Banned for no reason with no explanation

So after making the switch from FIFA to Madden 24 I have grinded out all challenges to get a good base team, I do not use Chat or message when playing head 2 head games, I have woken up to find I am permanently banned for absolutely no reason and even more annoying with no explanation, you have taken money from me for a service you can no longer provide for what is obviously a technical fault, I have disputed the ban as advised on the link in the email but undoubtedly after reading some of the chats in the same related forums be waiting a while, could you please provide me with a link to you complaints procedure as I wish to claim a full refund as I have only had the game 2 weeks.

What a shame as someone who has never played madden before I was really enjoying it.

I received an email that my account has been banned without reason. I’ve done nothing wrong and I don’t communicate online with other players so I don’t know what would warrant my account being permanently banned. I’ve already had to purchase an entirely new system (XBox Series X) to even get cross play enabled in Madden 24 and now this? Not to mention you all ban someone without reason? What sense does that make? I’ve done nothing wrong. Please do whatever research is necessary and unlock my account. This is beyond ridiculous at this point.
