Banned for Player Name Mike Vick who EA puts in Madden 24

For a customer that bought early access for UFC 5, NHL 24, and Madden 24, this is unacceptable. How can a company put Mike Vick in Madden every year including the latest game and then turn around and...

I went through the proper channels @EA_Barry , and this was the result. "After thoroughly investigating your account and concern, we found that your account was actioned correctly and will not remove this sanction from your account."

My account is suspended for using player name Mike Vick, but I double checked and EA still has Mike Vick in Madden 24. How can that be appropriate on Madden 24 and inappropriate on NHL 24? This is toxic behavior towards a customer that started playing EA games when NHL 94 was released. Attached is the response from the ticket I opened. This has to get fixed.
