Can’t add my son as a friend in Madden 24

Looking to play Madden 24 what my son. Have been having hard time adding him as a friend.

@rglenn26 a little more information might be usefull. which console? which version of m24 are you both playing? current gen or old gen? which game type?

    I'm having this same issue.  I have the game on Xbox Game pass for X/S and I also bought it for PC...but he can't add me nor can I add him

      Hi @Timmyb1216, To confirm are you both on seperate EA and Xbox accounts? Also to confirm which platform are you both playing on?

        Hi @EA_Illium 

        I can confirm we are on separate accounts.  Although he's too young to have an EA account so he plays on his Xbox account and I play my purchased mine on Steam
