Can’t login to my EA account

Keep getting “please reset your password” message when trying to connect. Have reset 3x to no avail.

    Hey @FifteenBlack 

    Please visit our website to see if you can enable login verification before signing back into the game.

    This should help re-sync your account allowing you to porceed. 

    Let me know if that works.

@EA_Pulsar I get the qr code for reset password and i have done it multiple time i even got mad and snapped my madden24 disc in half

I'm having the same issue. I decided after a long time to go back to Madden. I guess this was a mistake. Can't even go online. 

I'm calling to get my money back and will never purchase another EA product again. Garbage company, used to be good, but no longer apparently.
