I bought and paid for early access, and that was on the 15th when I couldn't play. I refunded game, after losing all 3 days of early access. I thought this weekend it would for sure be fixed, even a fresh account would at least still let me play... I was wrong. The problem stayed associated with account, even after a repurchase, reinstall, ect..
It's now the 21st, and I still can't do solo mut, I still can't claim challenges related to it which hold me back an insane amount.
After probably 6 to 8 years? I can't remember the last time I bought a madden game, I really doubt I'll ever buy one again, this is beyond pathetic.
You've made it so hard to even open a ticket, we've heard so little, and when a person does reply they give us instructions to reinstall the game? To check the files when it's so obviously on your end ???
This is so awful I wish I could put into perspective for the person who's been hired to pretend to care, but that's just it.
There is no one at EA who cares about quality control.

Unfortunately steam won’t let me refund it. I’m in the same boat tho, this was my first madden in a decade and will be the last EA title I spend money on after this. I feel ripped off.
