Can’t play h2h or solo battles "Our servers cannot process your request
I’m able to login to ultimate team, play challenges, and open packs, but when trying to play Solo Battles or H2H it just tells me the servers can’t process my request

@cmj7721 Well the good thing is I fixed mine. The bad thing is it was by unblinking and relinking my account. Resulting in a complete Madden 24 reset. No rewards, no progress, no pre-order bonus. All modes reusable...DO NOT RELINK YOU ACCOUNT OR YOU LOSE IT ALL. Now excuse me, I need to go put in another ticket to see if they can get my old account renewed, preferably without the MUT Solo draft issue.
From what I can tell, it is directly linked to our accounts. I can play online in my alternate account without a problem on the same Xbox.
I have also tried every troubleshoot method possible. None work.
This issue requires a patch from EA as it is directly linked to how their servers communicate/translate our accounts into online matches. There has to be some sort of glitch in that line of code.
