Complete garbage. I really do hate EA now. I'd say this is embarrassing for you but i feel like this is by design. I'm done buying your games.
Yeah i emailed them about it and for 24 hours have gotten the same bad responses they give here. Scan and repair, check your connection, make sure your pc specs can run the game. Its not a connectivity issue stemming from my hardware, its one very specific part of your game that doesnt work. My internet doesnt stop working for a split second everytime i select challenges, or mut draft. The implication that that may be the issue alone was insulting. This was the first madden ive bought in the last 8 years and will be the last.
anyone have an actual solution to this issue im missing out on so much progress in the comp pass why give the oppurtunity to get Pickens and Terrell if you cant even play online I demand some make rights this is ridiculous i dont have these issues with other games i play
- @Illitaret Heaven forbid they took the time to make sure the game was ready. However they are too money hungry to lose a week or tow of customers throwing money away on packs
@toxixturtle yeah its ridiculous. they did also go out of their way to mention i wont receive any rewards or have wins/losses changes due to connectivity problems. I never even asked for that. i was just asking when they were fixing the issue.
- @Illitaret That's insane. I also have been messaging them regarding my rewards from the Headliner Field Pass. Haven't received my three 80+ players and my 84+. This release has been a dumpster fire.

Are you able to play any other game mode? Yes
What activity/action are you trying to complete when the message pops up? Every time I try to start a online head to head match all is says is EA is processing my previous game and that the estimated time to process would be less than a minute when it’s been 9 hours and I’ve closed application and reset console many times.
Date this issue started (is it still happening?)? 8/23/2023
Is anything else happening? No, It just won't let me play any head2head games.
Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: I've tried everything, Closing app, turning system off
If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
If on PC, please share a DxDiag (Allows us to get PC Spec's, Check for errors/crashes, and look at drivers)
