Can’t play h2h or solo battles "Our servers cannot process your request

I am having this same issue on PS5.

I’m also getting the same error for solo battles and regular season head to head it keeps crashing and won’t let me play but I can play mut champs this is ridiculous 

It’s like this for me on mut champions also.

Insane how EA has yet to respond to this widespread issue.....

Not like I want to play MUT draft or anything..... 

Or get my packs I am earning......

What a buggy mess. Last MUT I played in 2019 was not buggy for me like this. How did you guys regress??? Is crossplay really that hard for devs to code?

Which Game Modes(s) is this happening in(H2H2, Solo Battles, Draft, etc)? Of those listed, I've only played Solo Battles, and only had the issue start yesterday afternoon, 8/19/2023

Are you able to play any other game mode? I played all challenges to completion and had played all solo battles with no issues

What activity/action are you trying to complete when the message pops up? Trying to play the 8/19 solo battle against 72 ovr [Edit - Admin.] team.

Date this issue started (is it still happening?)? Started yesterday 8/19 after playing the prior three solo battles with no issues

Is anything else happening? No, the only thing I remember changing was my defense and away jersey.

Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: I swapped out the defense and away jersey cards and saw another post on reducing roster of players, so I did that too.

Hi EA, 

Remember me?  I paid 100 for this and I haven't been able to play any of the pre order bonus, and I'm still unable.

I wrote this on the 15th, and it's the 20th and I still can't play MUT online, even after resetting everything I possibly could. 

The same thing below keeps happening

Solo Mut Draft, won 3 out of 4 games, couldn't get the 4th game to even start, it kept telling me the same error over last 12 hours, over and over again.

I went to cancel or end run the 2nd option down in mut draft, but now when I try to claim rewards I keep getting the same error "Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.  It then kicks me back to starting screen.

I've played every other mode without problem, but this one is really detrimental as I have nothing else to do in MUT but the drafts right now.  How can I get past this or claim my rewards?

Everytime I load franchise mode. The game disconnects from servers

Exact same issue for me. Tried it twice. One happened in the 4th quarter with 7 seconds left and the other in the third quarter. So many objectives lost and two solo battles lost, in addition to the hour and 15 minutes I can’t get back.

Date this issue started (is it still happening?)? 8/15 - now it's the 20th..... 8/20  I've missed out on all the solo mut exp because I couldn't get anything to work,

I've tried to refund/rebuy thinking hey maybe they'll just wipe everything... guess what? It still didn't, I'm now stuck having paid extra for early access, and now after normal launch I still can't play the game mode to get rewards.

How can I open a ticket somewhere else?
