Can’t play h2h or solo battles "Our servers cannot process your request

Haven’t been able to play franchise mode in two days. How long will this take to fix ?

Region:USA east coast 

Are you getting an error message? Yes

Which Game Modes(s) is this happening in(H2H2, Solo Battles, Draft, etc)? Solo battles and head to head 

Are you able to play any other game mode? Yes

What activity/action are you trying to complete when the message pops up? the field pass

Date this issue started (is it still happening?)?August 17 2023 And yes

Is anything else happening? I can’t make a new lineup it just changes the name 

Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: create a new lineup, delete and reinstall and everything else said

Can't play solo matches head-to-head House rules says unable to process server

Still having issues with MUT Draft error and now error with solo battles I’ve done everything to try and fix these issues uninstalled the game and reinstalled it didn’t work EA you aren’t fixing it and not letting anyone know why we are having these issues not. Fix this game or I’m going to be requesting my money back for everything I’ve payed for with packs and the game! 

I'm on Xbox series s having the same problem 

I’m getting errors on both solo battles and mut solo draft still. I’m getting really irritated. I’ve tried to fix this issue so many times and nothing is working I’ve deleted the game and reinstalled it and still not working. I’m about to ask for my money back for the $100 game and the money I spent on packs cause I can’t even enjoy Ultimate team offline. I’ve only ever had issues with games online never offline game modes. Not just been wasting my time grinding xp but can’t even fully play to get my rewards. 

Constantly disconnecting mid game either in solo battles or mut draft and it’s not an internet issue. Other ea games I never have this problem only madden. A fix would be wonderful because it’s ruining the game completely 

Now its mut draft and solos getting this error. Along with challenges not working at all. So glad i paid $100 to play this game early.

This game hasnt worked since the second day of early access. Im pretty sure they only reason im not saying since day one of early access is because the servers were down at that time. How can someone legally do this? I want my money back.
