Ive received 4 emails from EA regarding this today. All 4 have been in the same thread but from different people and ive had to re explain the problem to each of them.
Seriously EA you guys suck.
Not only is this glitch happening but your game is also randomly powering down my series x. And no it is not overheating. I have this problem with no other game.....
- @GreyFox227 Over the last four days I have lost the ability to play MUT draft, Solo battles and haven't received any rewards from House Rules (including four players) this game is a freaking joke.
I reinstalled for a third time. Tried challenges and they finally worked! So i figured i'd try mut draft, which unfortunately gave me the same "our servers cannot process your request" message and booted me out of ultimate team. I figured oh well at least i can knock these challenges out, so i went back to challenges and that no longer worked either. When i click on it it spams thru a bunch of menus and ends up on mut draft rewards or some crap.
Any update would be appreciated....
- @MidnightPerfect This has happened to me since yesterday (Friday) to now (Saturday). I hope to god it still isn’t happening to you since Tuesday (or earlier)
It just won't let me play a certain team in solo battles and keeps bumping me out of MUT.
The other 3 were fine.Having same error issues . All mut game modes

Which Game Modes(s) is this happening in(H2H2, Solo Battles, Draft, etc)?
H2H, mut champs, all of them .
Are you able to play any other game mode? No just non- online games
What activity/action are you trying to complete when the message pops up? To play online .
Date this issue started (is it still happening?)?
Is anything else happening? Still happening !!
Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: I’ve tried them all . Still not working, restart, clear data, network everything.
If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
If on PC, please share a DxDiag (Allows us to get PC Spec's, Check for errors/crashes, and look at drivers)
