Can’t access edit uniforms Madden 24

Question

in madden 24, &nbsp;i want to either edit the current uniforms or make custom uniforms. but for some reason everything is locked and there isn’t a custom uniforms option. did anyone else go through this? and if so how do you get around it?

Can EA plz address this as I can’t access it either and I also didn’t get any of the extras I paid for.
