Can’t sign up for Mut rewards

need help with signing up for mut rewards, I keep getting no gamer tag is associated with this console and my ea account is link to my ps5

    I'd recommend you get in contact with the live support team so they can review your account details further and see what's causing this error- here on the forums we don't have access to your specific account details to investigate with you.

    Hi @hdub24x 

    This sounds like you're currently logging in using the incorrect EA account details- you'd need to login using the same EA account that your PSN ID is associated with. You can verify in-game which email you need to be logging in with by following the steps in the article here. 

    If you need further help locating your login details, you can contact live support from the help site here so they can investigate this further with you.

    @EA_Solaire I did that already, I’m log in my ea account that’s link to my PSN ID and still getting that error

    I am currently having the same issue. How do I contact ea for live support? I don’t see a link to contact either via email or chat?

    Did you end up getting this sorted out? I am having the exact same problem and have raised a case with support and spoken to around 10 different advisors who all don't seem to be able to see what has already been said, It is easily the worst customer support i have ever encountered....
