Can I get madden on Xbox and pc with one purchase?

If I bought madden 24 on Xbox if I link my Xbox account to ea play can i get madden 24 on my pc?

@bigbaddog60 no, you have to buy the game for pc too. there is also no crossprogression between xbox and pc.
