Cannot Access Community Files

Question

For the last week or so every time I try to access the download community files it always says "Connection to this sever has been lost. Check your internet settings and try again."

I have tried to:

-reset ps5

-restart router

-change Wi-Fi

-delete the game and redownload

-restore license

- unlink then relink EA account

- try on a different profile

I just got the game not to long ago and it has been a constant issue it is very triggering that I payed for something that I can not even use entirely... How can this be fixed, I used to have a disk ps5 and never had issues and I was on the same network. I have a digital ps5 and now am having issues..

There was an issue earlier today that was causing some problems with Community Files, but that should have been fixed.&nbsp;

Are you still not able to download them? Is it happening with all Community Files, or just specific ones?&nbsp;

Hi I haven’t had the chance to get on but I will in a few. The issue was never getting on, I would click to access it and it wouldn’t even allow me would just say connection to servers lost check internet&nbsp;
