Cannot post to Auction House

• Are you getting the same error in-game as well as in the companion app? Yes. In-game I do not get the invalid user message, but I can only post 1 item to the auction house per day and that's only on certain days.

I have submitted 2 help tickets and both came back 'fixed' without any fix.

I would LOVE some help. I spend way too much on packs to lose out on the Auction house 😞

I appreciate the info. I'll pass this along to the team for a look. 

Every time I try to post an item to the Auction House via the Madden 24 Companion App, I get an alert stating:

“You are not a valid Ultimate Team user, posting an auction for it is not allowed.” (See attached image)

I have never had a ban, and have had no problem listing Items via my Xbox Series X console. Before commenting, I will state what I’ve done in an attempt to troubleshoot through this on my own:

• I have checked that the Items were not in my active Lineup. (Or any Lineup.)

• I have checked that the Items were not associated with any Sets. 

• I have checked that the Items were not already in an Auction posted from my Xbox Series Console.

• I have checked that my EA Account was linked to the correct associated Xbox Gamertag.

• I have checked that I’ve selected the appropriate “persona” in the Madden 24 Companion App. (I even tried to post using the Madden persona for Xbox One & PC to no avail.)

• I have attempted to list several different items. Different Players, Uniforms, Strategy Items, and so on.

• I have tried to list older items also, reading that perhaps the item attempted was “too new”.

It's been an issue all year long on Madden 24. Purchasing cards works ok (although the filters need to be retooled), but any time I go to post an item for sale via the app I get a message stating, You are not a valid Ultimate Team user, posting an auction for it is not allowed' and the card will not be posted for sale. Why can we not post cards via the app? THe previous version of the app (from Madden 24) never had this issue, and I can assure you that I'm a valid Ultimate Tam user, albeit a frustrated one, because I cannot get onto my console too often to be able to post my items. I've attached a screen shot from the most recent attempt on 4/15/24 @ 10:18pm EST.  

I'm an app power-user with a lot of experience to offer.  I'm happy to help troubleshoot this in order to fix the issue for all...
