Ce-108255-1 ps5

It seems everytime I try to play madden 24 on PlayStation and try to load into a game my game freezes than I get a black screen with error code ce-108255-1 this has happened since August I’ve tried every single trouble shoot possible form deleting the game rebuild database clear cache resetting my ps5 and I’ve even bought a disc copy of the game nothing works and this only happens with the ps5 version of the game not the ps4 version anyone know how to fix?
