Update: Reinstalled, updated all my drivers.
Good News: Menus are running a lot smoother/faster.
Bad News: Still froze loading anything that goes into on-field gameplay.

The CPU requirements currently state the following:
- Processor (AMD): AMD Ryzen 5 1600
- Processor (Intel): Intel Core i5 6700k*(4-cores; 8-threads)

The minspec requires 4 cores and 8 threads: https://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/Core_i7/Intel-Core%20i7-6700K.html
The stated requirements do look confusing, we can try to get that changed.
