That's strange ... I contacted EA and apparently I'm not the only one having this issue most people on old Gen systems are all having the same issue, they are aware of it and currently trying to get it fixed ... but at least they are trying to resolve the issue
its not just old gen. current gen has that problem as well. i still can't even open the companion app without it auto crashing when starting on android and im a PS5 user.
Well at least it is comforting knowing they are working on it
I cant even get into the app. It just instantly crashes before loading. I've tried reinstalling, clearing the files manually and restarting my phone with no luck. Never had a problem with last year's app on android. I was using last years app with madden 23 on series x, but I dont even get to a login prompt with 24.
it does the same thing for me too. i havent been able to open it since they have released it.
It let's me log in but nothing after that just an error message oops something went wrong ...
Give it some time they will eventaully fix it for all of us suffering.
