Constant Frame Lag on PC

So while I'm playing Madden 24 on PC via Steam.

I get these consistent Frame Drops to a point where it's almost in Slow Motion during various parts of the game. From Cinematics to Camera Changes and others like changing players Mid-Play. It just keeps seizing up.

I'm on a Windows 10 PC.

I'm running an EVGA RTX 3080ti GPU

I have an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8G CPU

Game Purchased on PC via Steam

I originally had the following Graphics Settings set as:

Understanding that Frame Lag/Freezing could be due to the PC Throttling. I turned down the Graphics a tad to see if I'd have better performance and result as:

The issue was still happening. So All I've been doing was the Trick Or Treat Event in MUT to test things. This did in fact still have the freezing a lot. It also didn't help that my controller kept disconnecting on me. looks like it's time to buy a new one if that's the case.

Is there any chance I could show this to someone in Real-Time so we can see how it's happening to be this issue?
